Sal-Con
offers a professional level of general contracting services
throughout the entire construction process. We have conquered
almost every construction challenge, which saves our clients
time and money. We provide clients with responsive
leadership throughout the project's duration, working as a
team member with owners, architects/engineer's, and
subcontractor/ suppliers to deliver successful projects.

The majority of our projects are completed with Sal-Con
serving as the prime contractor; facilitating, managing, and
supervising all aspects of the construction process that
include: cost monitoring and control; schedule development and
control; subcontractor management; field engineering and site
management; safety assurance; project accounting; change
management; shop drawings and material submittal review and
quality control.
We are currently certified in the SBA's 8(a)
program, HUBZone, State of Texas HUB certified, registered
builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission and
fully insured and bonded.
Our projects have included constructing new
buildings, building renovations/ additions, fit-out of new
interior space, modifications to existing public and tenant
facilities for upgrades and ADA compliance requirements on a
broad range of facilities including commercial offices,
retail, educational and government projects.
We have
the in-house staff and field forces to perform significant
portions of the project while additional specialized trades
are subcontracted.

SELF-PERFORMED WORK
CAPABILITIES
We employ a labor force to self
perform supervision, sitework & selective demolition,
concrete forming, placing and finishing, rough carpentry,
finish carpentry, metal stud/ drywall, millwork
installation, interior finishes and clean-up.
